Antonov An-28 (also known as PZL Mielec M-28) is a light turboprop aircraft developed in the USSR in the 1960s. It was designed for use as a passenger and cargo transport on short and unprepared runways.

The aircraft has two turboprop engines and can carry up to 18 passengers or 2.5 tons of cargo. It can also be used for medical evacuation and firefighting.

Antonov An-28 was produced in large numbers and operated in many countries, including Russia, Ukraine, Poland, China, and Indonesia. It was also used as a military transport and reconnaissance aircraft.

In 2018, production of the Antonov An-28 was resumed in Poland, where it is manufactured under the name PZL M28 Skytruck.
