Hand Luggage
In economy class, passengers are allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage on board, weighing no more than 7 kg, with dimensions of 55*38*20 cm. Additionally, passengers can bring a briefcase, laptop bag, handbag, or a bag from a Duty Free shop. The total weight of all items should not exceed 10 kg.
In business class, passengers are allowed to bring 2 pieces of hand luggage on board, with a total weight not exceeding 14 kg.
Checked Baggage
The cost of checked baggage is included only in the ticket price for business class. Passengers in business class are allowed to bring up to 3 suitcases, with a total weight not exceeding 40 kg. It is important to note that each piece of baggage cannot weigh more than 32 kg. The maximum dimensions for each piece of baggage are 75*55*35 cm.
On some routes, the ticket price for economy class may include baggage weighing up to 20 kg per passenger. However, this should be confirmed in advance before purchasing the ticket.
Excess Baggage
Additional Baggage Piece
If you want to bring an additional bag or suitcase weighing 20 kg, you will need to pay 50 dirhams for this privilege in economy class. For an additional baggage piece weighing 30 kg, the fee is 100 dirhams, and for 40 kg, it is 200 dirhams. These rates apply when paying for baggage on the airline's official website no later than 4 hours before departure. The same prices apply when paying through the call center or at the airline's sales offices.
Excess Baggage Weight
If your baggage exceeds the allowed weight, you will have to pay for it directly at the airport. The price will be calculated based on each kilogram exceeded. Up to 12 years old
When traveling with children aged 2 to 12 years old, Flydubai Airlines does not offer any discounts. However, parents may consider registering the child as a child passenger, which will not change the fare but will reduce the amount of taxes and fees.
