Airport Cochstedt

The Cochstedt Airport (also known as Magdeburg-Cochstedt Airport) is located in the city of Kochstedt, 25 km southeast of Magdeburg, Germany. Its coordinates are 11.416667 (longitude) and 51.85 (latitude).

The airport was opened in 1957 and was used as a military airfield until 1994. In 2010, it was opened for civilian flights and has since served domestic and international routes.

The airport has one terminal that handles both arrivals and departures. There are several cafes and shops at the airport, as well as free Wi-Fi.

Cochstedt Airport serves flights from several airlines, including Ryanair, Wizz Air, and Germania. Flights are directed to various cities in Europe, including London, Barcelona, Riga, and Warsaw.
