Airport Laage

The Laage Airport (Flughafen Rostock-Laage) is located in the city of Rostock-Laage, 25 km southeast of Rostock, in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany. The airport coordinates are 12.266667 degrees east longitude and 53.92 degrees north latitude.

The Laage Airport was opened in 1993 on the site of a former military airbase. Today, it serves regular and charter flights within Germany and beyond. The airport has one terminal equipped with everything necessary for the comfort of passengers.

The Laage Airport has a single runway measuring 2500 m in length and 45 m in width. It can accommodate aircraft of various types, including Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.

The Laage Airport features several cafes and restaurants, shops, ATMs, a pharmacy, and a medical center. There is also free Wi-Fi and parking for cars. Buses and taxis are available for transportation between the airport and the city of Rostock.
