The amount of baggage you can carry on board an aircraft depends on the fare you are traveling with.
Measure the dimensions of the most voluminous piece of hand luggage: the sum of the measurements you get on all fares should not exceed 115 cm. However, on the "Promo", "Economy", and "Premium Economy" fares, you are allowed to bring one piece of hand luggage weighing no more than 5 kg. If you have purchased a ticket on the "Business" fare, you can have two pieces of hand luggage with a total weight of no more than 15 kg.
Carriage of Checked Baggage
On all fares, the sum of the measurements of each piece of baggage should not exceed 203 cm, and each side should not exceed 100 cm.
- On the "Promo" fare, one piece of baggage weighing up to 10 kg is allowed;
- On the "Economy" and "Premium Economy" fares, you can check one piece of baggage weighing up to 23 kg;
- With a ticket on the "Business Light" fare, one piece of baggage weighing up to 32 kg will be accepted for check-in;
- Finally, with a ticket on the highest "Business" fare, you can check in 2 pieces of baggage, each weighing up to 32 kg.
Payment for Excess Baggage
If you need to carry more baggage than allowed by the airline's air transportation rules, you will have to pay a certain amount depending on the flight destination and ticket class.
If you want to carry an additional piece of baggage and it does not exceed 23 kg, you will have to pay 2000 rubles for it if you pay within 24 hours before departure. Otherwise, the amount will be 2500 rubles. The cost of such "excess baggage" to the CIS and Georgia will be 35 euros, and on any international flights - 40 euros.
The same amounts and payment conditions apply to the "Promo" fare when paying for baggage weighing more than 10 kg.
If the weight of the baggage is between 23 and 32 kg, you will have to pay 2000 or 2500 rubles (depending on the time before departure when payment is made), 35 euros for flights to Georgia or the CIS, or 40 euros for all other destinations.
Regardless of the ticket class, if the weight of the baggage exceeds 32 kg, you will have to pay 10,000 rubles for domestic flights or 100 euros for flights to Georgia or the CIS. Such baggage will simply not be accepted on international routes - it is prohibited for check-in.
Traveling with Children
Up to 2 years old
The airline does not provide food and a bassinet on board.
If you are flying on domestic routes and want to purchase a ticket for a child without occupying a separate seat, such a ticket will be free for you. On international flights, its cost will be 10% of the adult fare. The same price applies to a ticket for a child with a separate seat in all cases.
You can carry one piece of hand luggage for a child weighing up to 5 kg without any additional payment.
If a seat is not purchased, one piece of baggage weighing up to 10 kg can be checked in for free.
With the purchase of a seat, baggage is carried free of charge according to the fare.
From 2 to 12 years old
A discount on the ticket is provided according to the fare.
