Rules for carrying baggage and hand luggage on Singapore Airlines

Hand luggage

In all cases, the weight of each piece of hand luggage should not exceed 7 kilograms, and the sum of three dimensions should be 115 cm. The difference is only made based on the class chosen by the passenger for the flight. In economy class, one piece of hand luggage is allowed, while in business class, two pieces are allowed. The same applies to first class and "Suites".

Checked baggage

In all cases, the dimensions of the checked baggage should not exceed 158 cm in the sum of three dimensions. As for the weight of each piece, it varies depending on the class chosen by the passenger for the flight, ranging from 30 to 50 kg.

Traveling with a child

Singapore Airlines has specific rules for traveling with a child:

• If the child is under 48 hours old at the time of the flight, they will not be allowed on board;

• One baggage allowance is provided for each infant;
• A discount is provided depending on the adult fare chosen.
